In addition to paid surveys, the company offers other ways to earn money on the Internet, such as rewards for watching videos or sharing content on Facebook. However, this field report is all about participating in market research surveys. According to Swagbucks, this should also be rewarded at the highest level. Reason enough to take a closer look. I have tested Swagbucks for you. Can you really earn money here and is it worth it?

How much money can I earn per survey at Swagbucks?

According to Swagbuck himself there are up to 4 Euro per opinion study. In my test, however, I never reached the maximum payout. Experience has shown that most of the surveys offered a reward in the range of 40 cents to two euros. There was one survey that brought in the equivalent of about 3 euros. However, this was also quite extensive. For this I needed about 35 minutes. Of course by the way while streaming ;-) In view of this the remuneration is satisfactory for me.

How many studies can you participate in?

This is different for each user, since you can only participate in surveys whose target group you belong to. During my test I was able to participate in an average of 3 surveys per week. I personally prefer the form of the vouchers, because here you get the best "exchange rate" for self-service points. 1 self-service is about one cent, so 100 self-service is equivalent to one euro. If you choose Paypal as an option, the exchange rate is halved. This is partly due to the fees Paypal charges and partly due to the good conditions Swagbucks has negotiated with its partner shops. The voucher solution is to be preferred after my experience. With the commodity premiums one can also receive a good exchange rate, however, one must note here that the dispatch can sometimes take quite a long time. I have heard here from several weeks up to one month, but cannot confirm this. I myself have never exchanged my SB points for premiums but only for vouchers.

How does the survey work within the online surveys?

In the case of paid opinion polls, there are two variants to consider. The first is regular membership. With this you can start directly after the registration at Swagbucks as a survey participant. The opinion polls are available via the frontend of Swagbucks Germany. The second variant is the Gold Membership. In order to participate in the so-called "Gold Surveys", you have to register via the self-service homepage with another partner company, which carries out the surveys for Swagbucks. For this you have to qualify first. This is done by filling out the initial survey on the Homepage of Swagbucks.

Further ways to earn money?

Besides the possibility to share content in social media, you can also get a reward for watching videos. Sometimes you are even paid to play online games. Furthermore Swagbucks offers a cashback program, this works similar to Euroclix or Igraal. One purchases over the Swagbucks left with one of the attached Onlineshops and receives for it a part back as Cashback. What I think is positive: You can go shopping right away with the earned vouchers and also get a cashback directly to your Swagbucks account at the affiliated partner shops.

My evaluation of Swagbucks - a short conclusion!

As an experienced study participant in the field of paid online market research, I can recommend Swagbucks to a limited extent. I would describe the earning potential as quite good. Especially if you use the additional offers to earn money that go beyond the opinion polls.

If one takes only the paid opinion studies as a basis for evaluation, then Swagbucks.com is to be placed in the middle field of the panels. It is neither one of the best nor one of the worst providers in the field of paid surveys. All in all, it is a solid provider that regularly provides surveys and pays reliably. Swagbucks has become a reliable partner in my portfolio of several survey institutes. But you shouldn't rely on Swagbucks alone, only as a member of several online panels you can manage to earn a respectable additional income.
